We do not do h1-b. Or opt or any other visa.
Never needed one as till date those projects were something Ms Hetal does it for own personal growth, as Hetal Nagaraj can build systems and infra.
Mostly Ms Hetal’s folks are citizens and own classmates thru out, some are high-school, university or college friends.
IT people are usually easy to find just about anywhere, specifically citizens who can work part time too. Plenty! I think one of our clients’ cart module was stuck somewhere and Ms Hetal got some freelancer from UTD major citizen so that payment issues are easy to take care of. Thats all. Thats why Ms Hetal does not hire other visas. Also for one project of tiny work, its not feasible to setup payroll services.
Client pays through legit mode!
Ms Hetal has not ventured in bigger avenues to need bigger teams, but soon we are sure that the need will arise.
Currently as well, people are not hired as company has always believed in project based. Sarva is just a humble effort to do something of own ever since school college life , and since the project itself is usually scalable to smaller teams, Ms Hetal never had any external teams.
As we step in bigger avenues of consistent projects and infra, ms Hetal may consider to have people for longer duration.
Company is currently working on foundations of intranets, some software licenses, scalable infra, console services, online data management just to initiate the process.
Ms Hetal has no mentor in this either. Although, husband nagaraj is her upper hand in this. People should see how beautifully she discusses issues in this field. Rare sight.
