Through its Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®) credential, SCSA promotes a strong foundation of education, ethics, and professionalism in senior-focused work.
At the core of the CSA® designation is a commitment to putting the needs of older adults first, supported by a rigorous certification process that includes ethics education and a professional code of responsibility.
