You have to understand where the business is coming from — and how that impacts their decisions, choices, and style of marketing… even the kind of company they’re running.

That all has to come into play before you can diagnose what the business needs to meet their goals.

So marketing from the C-suite really is a framework — a structured process — but we cannot be a Band-Aid. We cannot be one size fits all. We have to come in with an understandable process to custom fit.
