We are so grateful for our supportive community here in Duluth, and we want ALL our MN neighbors to feel safe and supported. We’ve decided to be closed this Friday (1/23) in solidarity with the economic strike across the state of MN. Join us this Saturday for Writer’s Night from 6pm-8pm!!

You don’t have to have any special qualifications to join in — just bring something you’ve been wanting to write: a journal entry, your 2026 goals, a story, a novel, a poem… whatever speaks to you!

We’ll spend the first half hour settling in, grabbing drinks, and talking to our neighbors. Then we will spend one hour in a “writing sprint”. The last half hour will be a chance to wrap up and chat with your fellow writers. Good tunes will be spinning and hopefully the creativity will be flowing. See you there!!

It’s almost time for one of our favorite weekends of the year!!!

We’ve made a little tradition of being opening up for all the trick-or-treaters in our neighborhood each Halloween (and any parents who might need a little coffee to get through the night’s adventures 😆), and this year is no exception!

We’ll be open Friday morning for all your pre-work early morning coffee needs, and then will be closing up shop to get the shop festive and get some themed goodies ready to go! Come visit us — we genuinely love seeing all the kiddos and the costumes… We love this neighborhood. ❤️ Spooky tunes, candy for the kiddos, and more!!

Halloween Weekend Hours:
Friday: 7am-11am…. Reopening for Halloween Party at 6pm!
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 8am-1pm

Coming to you live from an early morning airport drop-off!

Jordan is headed out of town for his annual guys’ trip. Proud of him for taking some time off. ❤️

He’ll be gone until mid next week, so we’re gonna need to make some adjustments to our schedule until we’ve got him back home.

PUMPKIN PAINTING CONTEST TIME!! 🎃

Starting today (Oct 1st), our sign up for our pumpkin painting is live!! Be sure to swing by and sign up sooner rather than later, as space for this event is limited. The event is on Saturday, October 11th, from 6pm to 8pm!

Cost to enter is $10; pumpkins and paint will be provided. Voting on best pumpkin will be from 10/12 through the end of the month: the winner will receive an Amity Keep Cup and a $25 Amity gift card for goodies of your choosing (plus bragging rights).

The shop is going to be closed for Labor Day Weekend (Fri-Sun).

We’re headed out of town for some sibling time before the last of summer slips away.

BUT - don’t be too sad, because when we return (*drumroll please*) FALL SPECIALS ARE BACK. For everybody who has been asking about the return of cardamom and pumpkin (and more!!), your wishes are coming true. Swing in on Tuesday for all the fall treats and beverages of your dreams! 🍁🍂

We also have some fall events in the works that will be coming soon. Excited to share more when we get back!
