Tomorrow, we're closing our offices in celebration of Juneteenth.

Net Friends CEO, John Snyder, had some pretty inspiring conversations at last week's MSP Business Tranformation conference in the Triangle.

When reflecting on the impact, John shares, "The best part was that conversations were directly facilitated by benchmark data. We contrasted what our actual business metrics look like vs. the Industry Median and what the Best-in-Class Target numbers are. We used these numbers to both celebrate areas of our business where we were excelling, and have brutally honest conversations about the areas where the numbers showed we were missing the mark. What a rare opportunity!"
