Edge Broadband is growing, and we’re looking for a Utility Locator to join our team!

If you enjoy working outdoors, being independent, and playing a critical role in protecting essential infrastructure, this could be a great fit.

🔎 What You’ll Do:

When homeowners or contractors call Digger’s Hotline (811) before digging, you’ll:

• Locate and mark Edge Broadband’s buried fiber optic lines
• Use specialized locating equipment (we provide training)
• Help prevent service interruptions and infrastructure damage
• Work independently throughout the day

💰 Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

🌸 Spring is in the air and Edge Broadband is READY for it! 🌸
Today, Jason, Charlie, Shane, and Luis are out on Scout Road "blowing fiber".
What does this mean? 💙
Instead of pulling internet cable through the ground, we use compressed air to gently push it through small underground tubes. This method is ✅️faster, ✅️safer for the cable, ✅️better for long distances, and ✅️easy to upgrade later.
It's just one of the ways we're bringing fast, reliable internet to our community! 🚀
