Congratulations to Froedtert ThedaCare Health, recipient of the 2026 uPlause Top Content Creator award in the Medium System Cohort! 👏

Great content is the foundation of great adoption, and Froedtert ThedaCare’s team proves it. They took an 8-hour, in-person training and rebuilt it as a streamlined virtual experience: 22 courses and 28 simulations embedded right where learners need them. Learners stay focused, trainers spend less time troubleshooting, and updates are much easier to manage.

Better late than never! 🎉 We finally got to celebrate Emplify Health in person at uPerForum Boulder for their 2025 uPlause Awards: Top Adopter and Top Platform Engagement by Cohort.

Two awards in one year is no small feat. When Emplify Health took on consolidating two Epic environments into one, their lean training team relied on uPerform Learning Pathways to deliver role-based education to thousands of users. They made uPerform part of how their combined organization learns and works, and their users showed up and engaged at every turn.

What does psychiatry have to do with a successful EHR go-live? More than you'd think.

On the latest episode of the Becker's Healthcare Podcast, Dr. Rhiannon Doherty, Director of Usability and Clinical Optimization at Baptist Health Jacksonville, sits down with Dr. Stephanie Lahr, Chief Medical Officer at uPerform, to talk about the Epic Secure Chat rollout and the psychiatric nurse practitioner's playbook Dr. Doherty used to get clinicians to actually adopt it.

Her background treating complex adult trauma taught her something most go-live teams miss: information alone doesn't create change. People need autonomy, competence, and connection before they'll embrace something new.

The result: Over 9,000 views of educational materials, and over 1 million Secure Chat messages sent in a single month.

Every health system has a fragmentation problem: training content that lives in too many places for anyone to actually find what they need. Fairview Health Services set out to fix that, and it's what "Simplify and centralize," one of the five guiding principles in our new Training Transformation Playbook, looks like in practice.

For Fairview, that meant giving clinicians one way in: their existing Epic login, straight into a centralized Learning Library, everything they need in one place instead of scattered across shared drives, tip sheets, and multiple logins.

As Derek put it, the goal isn't the next piece of content. It's creating the next experience. That’s what a cohesive learning model looks like in practice.
