Do you know what MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) means?

Multi-Factor Authentication is a digital security measure that requires more than a password to access an online account. You might be asked to use an authentication app (like Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator), provide a code from a text message, or use a biometric verification (like a fingerprint check).

MFA is valuable because it helps prevent unauthorized access to your business systems, even if your passwords are compromised. 🔒

We specialize in creating cybersecurity systems that protect your organization.

Last week, we had the opportunity to participate in the Seneca Regional Chamber & Development Challenge Golf Outing, and it was a great reminder of the value of building relationships within our local business community. From connecting with fellow organizations to catching up with familiar faces, events like these help strengthen the partnerships that move our region forward. Thank you to the Seneca Regional Chamber and everyone who helped make this year’s outing such a success. We’re proud to be part of a community that invests in one another! ⛳💻

Now is the perfect time to ensure:
🟩 All of your devices and critical files are backed up

One thing people don’t always talk about in business is that growth comes with change. When we were a smaller company, answering client emails directly was simple, quick, and efficient. As we’ve grown, though, we’ve had to build systems and processes that allow us to keep delivering the same level of service to everyone we work with.

That’s why we ask clients to submit requests through our ticketing system. It’s not because we want to create another step. It’s because it connects you with our fully trained team, keeps communication organized, and helps ensure nothing gets buried in the dozens of conversations happening behind the scenes.

The goal has never changed: provide great service and take care of our clients. The process has simply evolved so we can continue doing that as we grow.
Honestly, we think every small business owner reaches a point where they realize the things that worked with 10 customers won’t always work with 100. Have you had to change a process in your own business to stay efficient and better serve your customers?

And thank you to Marc Umstead with Plus 1 Technology for bringing up this topic. It’s not always an easy conversation because we never want our clients to feel like they’re not getting the white glove treatment they’ve come to expect from us. The reality is, they’re SO important to us that we’re willing to invest in a bigger team and better processes to make sure every request is handled promptly, communicated clearly, and supported by the right people.

Slow computers, network issues, cybersecurity threats, unexpected downtime... they can all bring business to a halt. That's where we come in.

We appreciate a good system. 😎

Some people organize flash drives, ear buds, and desk gadgets with 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯… we organize networks, cybersecurity, backups, and IT support the same way! Because when things are organized and running the way they should, everyone’s day goes a whole lot smoother.

Now be honest… who’s the “𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦” person in your office?

When companies grow from a handful of employees to dozens, their biggest technology risk often grows with them in a surprising way.

One of the most overlooked challenges in scaling isn’t just systems or software, it’s people. Every new employee introduces another possible entry point for cyber threats, especially through email and day-to-day digital activity. Without proper onboarding and ongoing training around cybersecurity and AI policies, even well-meaning team members can unintentionally create vulnerabilities. That’s why employee education is such a critical piece of a company’s security strategy.

A big thank you to Marc Umstead with Plus 1 Technology for inviting Kevin on his podcast to dive into this topic and highlight the importance of training teams as businesses scale. His insights help reinforce a simple truth: strong technology starts with informed people.

Supply chain cyberattacks are on the rise, where criminals target trusted vendors, software providers, or outside partners to gain access to multiple organizations at once. According to Fortinet’s 2026 threat outlook, third-party compromise remains a major concern for businesses of all sizes.

We help businesses review vendor risk, secure integrations, and strengthen network protections so one outside weakness doesn’t become your problem.

Growth means more to us than numbers. We take pride in being involved in the communities we support. We’re not interested in simply putting our logo on something and calling it a day. We want to build real relationships, recognize familiar faces, know names, and make sure our clients and community members feel connected to us too.

As we continue to grow, we’d love to connect with even more small business owners, especially, but not limited to, Hancock, Wyandot and Seneca counties. ➡️ Tag your favorite local business below so we can stop in, say hello, and support the people who make these communities so special!
