Leadership grows through community, conversation, and shared experiences, which is part of what makes the APAPA Key Leadership Program so meaningful here in Indiana.

Now in its second year, the program brings together emerging Asian American professionals from across Indianapolis to explore civic engagement, leadership development, mentorship, and community involvement.

We’re especially proud to see Arianna Cruz return to help facilitate this year’s cohort, having supported the program during its inaugural year as well.

Excited to follow along and see this year’s group continue to build connections and grow together. 🔖

We’re grateful to be part of the Indy Chamber community and the work they continue to do across Central Indiana.

From the Women in Business Retreat to programs like Conexión and CIWBC, their work creates opportunities for businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals to connect, grow, and support one another.

We recently shared a closer look at our partnership, the membership experience we helped build, and why this work matters to the broader Indy region.

We’re still thinking about our night at La Plaza’s Night of the Americas celebration honoring Panamá. 💃🌎

Counterpart was proud to sponsor the evening and spend time alongside so many people and organizations working to strengthen opportunities for Latino families across Central Indiana.

From the performances and food to the scholarship recognitions and community conversations, the entire night felt full of energy and connection. We’re especially grateful for our ongoing relationship with La Plaza through Drew Linn’s board involvement and the important work their team continues to do every day.

Thank you to La Plaza for having us. ❤️

Indy Design Week is one of those reminders that the creative community in Indianapolis is strong, thoughtful, and constantly evolving.

This year felt especially meaningful watching Sophie Haydar step into her role as Director of Tech. Seeing her grow from attendee to volunteer to leadership has been really cool to be part of, and it speaks to the kind of community IDW creates when people lean in and get involved.

She shared, "Indy Design Week 2026 was all about the work that happens before you see a polished final product. From muralists to motion designers, local creatives shared how they navigate those early, messy stages to create something that people connect with — something that I strive to do in my own work. Each year, Indy Design Week reminds me of why I love what I do, and this time was no different."

Hannah Jordan also had the chance to attend the Mad Women keynote, moderated by Chavonne Henderson, with Denise Herd, MBA, Jenn Schimmelpfennig, Katie Clements, and Melanie Allen. There was so much to take away, but the reminder to lean into your own (feminine) leadership style and to advocate for others was especially powerful.

As always, we're grateful to a community that creates space for it all.

We are still thinking about the Indy Chamber's Women In Business Retreat. We left feeling inspired, re-energized, and grateful for the conversations we got to be part of while reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new ones.

The speakers from the day were incredible. Starla Kay Mathis and Lateva Woolfork set the tone early, getting everyone ready to connect. Tracy Ellis-Ward, Eve Keller, Allison Melangton, and Sarah Myer had us thinking about the state of women's sports in Indiana. Deana R. Haworth, APR's fireside chat with Dr. Virginia Caine about women's health and the role of prevention was eye-opening. The breakout sessions with Amanda L. Bonilla and Leslie Nicole Smith allowed us to dig a little deeper. And Jennie López brought a strong finish to the day with some joyful energy.

A truly special moment from the day was watching Arianna Cruz accept the Jacqueline Troy Inspired Fun Impact Award for MORE Magazine. The fund was created to carry forward Jacqueline Troy's legacy by supporting women entrepreneurs building with purpose and impact. Congratulations to Arianna and Ravan Carter for being leaders in this space.

Moments like this are a good reminder of what can happen when people show up for each other. Grateful to be part of this community.

This April, we made blankets for Brooke's Place and their Holiday Store 💙

It's a simple way to support families navigating grief, especially during the holidays when things can feel a little heavier: "As a su***de widow now, holidays are not the same, financially or otherwise... this allowed for so much joy for us to show for our family this year. We appreciate you so much."

We're grateful to play even a small part in something that means so much.

We had a few team members at the MORE Pre-Launch Happy Hour, celebrating Issue XII: Cerebral, and our very own Arianna Cruz.

It was a really enjoyable evening full of good conversations, a great crowd, and a chance to support something creative happening right here in our community. We always appreciate opportunities to step out, connect with people, and be part of events like this.

Thanks to the MORE team for having us. We're looking forward to diving into the new issue.

The work that keeps our roads safe doesn't happen in one place. It happens out in the field every day.

We've been partnering with Indiana LTAP to build a system that brings training, certifications, and resources together for the people doing that work.

It's all about making things easier to access, easier to track, and easier to use.

Proud to support the teams that keep Indiana moving 🚧

Arianna had the chance to speak with a Business Communications class at Kelley School of Business Indianapolis recently, focusing on how communication actually shows up in day-to-day work.

Not just presenting ideas, but asking better questions, translating complexity into something people understand, and using data to make decisions (not just report on them).

She also shared some of the lessons that tend to come with experience more than anything else. Things like prioritizing clarity over sounding impressive, and the importance of following through on what you say.

Grateful for the opportunity to share a bit of that perspective.
