🌟 Employee Spotlight: Jason Hancock: Solutions Specialist
The strength of Preferred comes from the people behind the work, and Jason plays an important role in that success.
Jason is a Solutions Specialist, based out of our Fayetteville office, and has been part of the Preferred team since 2014. With more than a decade of experience, Jason brings consistency, adaptability, and a strong drive to learn into everything he does.
In his role, Jason enjoys that no two days are ever the same. The variety of work and the constant need to learn new things are what keep him engaged and motivated. Whether he’s troubleshooting an issue or working through a new solution, Jason values the challenge that comes with problem solving and growth.
When asked what he enjoys most about working at Preferred, Jason shared that it’s the opportunity to continually learn and take on something new each day, a mindset that aligns perfectly with our ever evolving technology environment.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, playing online PvP video games, and staying active through biking and hiking. A fun fact most people don’t know is that he has a strong interest in history and enjoys learning about the past in his free time.
