We do this by helping businesses and organizations nationwide grow the right way through strategic consulting, branding, web design and development, and inbound marketing. Then, we'll help to build a digital brand system through branding, messaging, web design, photography, and videography. Finally, we'll ensure that your business can find and connect with the right people.

Happy 1-year workiversary, Jaime! 💛

As an Account Manager, Jaime brings so much care to her client relationships. She makes people feel valued, builds trust, and keeps their priorities at the center of the work. That same thoughtfulness carries over to our team. Jaime remembers details, asks for updates, and celebrates the big and small moments in our lives. She's quick to make people laugh and has a way of making you feel like you've known her forever. 💛

Outside of PHOS, Jaime stays busy with three kids, a dog, and a flock of backyard chickens. She also enjoys photography and tackling DIY projects! 🐶📸🐓

Jaime, we're so grateful for the care and joy you bring to our team. We're lucky to have you at PHOS! 💡

Five years ago, we added the PHOS Light Wall to our studio. 💡

This was created to keep our mission visible, even in the middle of a busy workday. Each bulb represents a moment when our mission came to life, whether through a new teammate or client joining us, a child being sponsored through Compassion International, or someone beginning a relationship with Jesus.

Last year, we celebrated filling every socket on the wall for the very first time. And now, we're filling it all over again.

Today, we've lit 343 bulbs, each one representing a mission moment. We're grateful to walk past the wall and be reminded of all the ways our mission has come to life over the years. 💛

PHall is officially here at PHOS! 🍂🎃

We've got some of our favorite team traditions coming up, including lunch & learns, PHam nights, and our annual PHall PHOStival!

It's also the season when pumpkin-flavored snacks start appearing in every corner of the office, and we begin debating when it's socially acceptable to put up Christmas decorations. 🤣

Today we're celebrating Ben's 2-year workiversary at PHOS! 🍿🎉

If you've worked with Ben, you've probably experienced two things: you've learned something new, and you've laughed along the way.

Ben has a knack for making complex ideas easier to understand. Whether he's helping a client navigate a challenge or talking a teammate through a problem, he's generous with his knowledge and always willing to help.

But what really stands out is the way he combines that expertise with genuine care for people. He listens well, asks thoughtful questions, and always makes time for those around him. It's one of the many reasons he became PHOS's very first Raving Fan winner. 🤘

And as anyone who's spent time with Ben knows, there's a good chance he'll make you laugh before the conversation is over.

Ben, thank you for being someone our team can always learn from, laugh with, and count on. We're grateful for all you bring to PHOS and excited to see what the next chapter holds! 🎬💛

The word flourishing reminds us that people aren’t simply a means to an end. People is at the heart of everything we do.

That’s why our mission is to cultivate true flourishing in people and organizations while reflecting the love of Jesus to the world.

It’s a reminder that the work we do is ultimately about more than campaigns, websites, or business outcomes.

The work matters, but so do the people doing it.

We are dedicated to creating an environment where people can grow and become more of who they were created to be. 💛
