This week, Thomas gets into one of the biggest shifts the industry has seen and takes it back to when making plates meant waiting… and getting creative.

Bud (Thomas' Dad) running to the dry cleaners for perch just to keep things moving. Different times. Slower process.

Some shots from planting day as our team put the final touches on 22 new trees around our facility. Thank you to the Maryland Department of Natural Resources for the support and partnership in helping bring it to life.

What started as an Earth Day effort is now something that will continue to grow for years to come. 🌲🌳
