The Banyan Networks team was honored to volunteer at the Special Olympics Bowling competition at K-Bay Lanes, MCBH.

From cheering on athletes to lending a hand behind the scenes, we witnessed incredible determination, joy, and community spirit.

Aditya is a seasoned Telecom and Data Analytics professional with over 15 years of experience in telecom engineering, project management, and data science. He has led multi-state engineering teams and managed large-scale network deployments, including 5G/NR-O-RAN projects and private cloud-native networks for organizations such as Dish Wireless, AT&T, Ooredoo, and Ericsson. Aditya is highly skilled in data analytics, automation scripting, and visualization tools like Python and Tableau, which he leverages to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. His leadership style is collaborative and supportive, with a strong focus on team development and cross-functional coordination.



Outside of work, "Adi" enjoys hiking, pickleball, and tennis. He’s also a food enthusiast, with a particular love for Indian, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisine.

Sean AK. Connell joins Banyan Networks with a strong background in customer service, technical support, and operations management. Certified by Samsung, Google, Apple, and Wise, Sean brings hands-on expertise in electronics repair, micro-soldering, and software troubleshooting. With experience as a Store Manager and Lead Technician at Ubreaklfix, as well as roles in inventory control and team leadership, Sean is committed to delivering exceptional service and driving operational efficiency.

Outside of work, Sean’s primary passion is music production, and he has recently started learning how to DJ. Sean also enjoys spending time at the beach and cooking, with a particular love for Italian and Asian cuisine—favorites include chicken piccata and ramen. Sean looks forward to contributing to Banyan Networks and collaborating with the team.

Teamwork in action this week! We’ve been hard at work performing preventive maintenance on the two-way radio system for one of our valued hospitality customers. These radios are essential for keeping operations smooth at the world-class establishment serving thousands of guests every day!
