Two days at Lake Tahoe with 45 of our clients, and we're still smiling about it.

Our 2026 CUSI National User Summit brought together utilities from across the country for sessions, roundtables, great conversation, and lasting memories. Together, everyone in the room has 486 combined years with CUSI, and we don't take a single one for granted.

Thank you to every client who made the trip, and to our sponsors, Bluefin Payment Systems and Raybern Consulting, for helping make it happen.

That’s a wrap on the 2026 CUSI National User Summit!

Two days in Lake Tahoe with utilities from across the country, packed with product sessions, peer roundtables, partner insights, and plenty of good conversation (and food). Swipe through for a few of our favorite moments.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our sponsors, Raybern Consulting and Bluefin, for helping make it happen.

Keep an eye out for our recap video, coming soon.

Last night, CUSI celebrated our annual Christmas Party at the A-State Cooper Alumni Center. It was a wonderful evening of great food, good conversations, and live music from Brian Nobles.

Congratulations to all of our award winners—we’re proud of everything you accomplished this year.

A huge thank-you to Bearded Bouquet for making the space look incredible, and to our Office Manager, Jen, for organizing such a beautiful event.

Happy Holidays from all of us at CUSI.
