Last week, ECCO SelectECCO Select had the pleasure of hosting Walsworth at our North Kansas City event space for an intensive 2.5-day PI Planning session.
Together, we rolled up our sleeves and planned the next 90 days of feature development using the SAFe Agile framework, focused on delivering exciting updates to their native platform, Yearbook 360. These sessions are always energizing, aligning teams, clarifying priorities, identifying dependencies, and committing to shared outcomes.
We’re proud of the strong partnership we’ve built with Walsworth and grateful for the trust they place in our team. Collaboration like this is what drives meaningful progress and predictable delivery. We’re especially thankful to Jen MacIvor and Kristin Mateski for championing the vision, sponsoring the mission, and serving as thoughtful, engaged stakeholders in this important work.
