While he hasn’t worked on a full project just yet, Lane’s favorite part of the process has been working with local schools, taking their ideas, and turning them into solutions that come to life in the classroom. 📚

⚡ 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐮𝐞𝐥: ENERGY DRINKS. All the caffeine he can get! ☕⚡

📱 𝐂𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭: His iPad — quick notes, company resources, and an all-in-one setup right at his fingertips.

⛳ 𝐈𝐟 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫: He’d probably be learning the real estate business and living on the golf course.

🥤 𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐝: Kicking back on the couch with an ice-cold Diet Coke after a long install.

Our CCS Wisconsin team had a great time at the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce’s October Business After Hours, hosted at State Bank Financial in downtown La Crosse.

Founded right here in La Crosse in 1858, State Bank Financial has a long history of serving Western Wisconsin and supporting the communities we call home. It was great to connect with fellow local businesses and celebrate the people who make our region such a great place to live and work!

We even ran into a couple of familiar faces from ! 👋 Shoutout to Elizabeth and Emily, pictured with our CCS crew: Sara, Lane, Eric, and Becki.

At CCS, we believe business is about more than technology. It’s about relationships, showing up for our communities, and building connections that make a difference.

Our Brand & Social Media Lead, Becki, also serves as the Lead Ambassador for the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce - and last Friday, she joined the Chamber team and Board in the Main Tent at Oktoberfest - La Crosse, WI to help sling drinks and celebrate our amazing community! 🍻🎉

New faces, same energy, and lots of exciting things ahead at CCS Wisconsin! 💜💚

We recently welcomed some new team members and spent time getting everyone settled in, going through our team handbook, and learning more about the vision Eric and Kristi have for CCS Wisconsin and the communities we serve.

The growth of our team is exciting, and we’re looking forward to watching our newest team members get out into the community, build relationships, meet new people, and bring the CCS Wisconsin experience with them.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes and we can’t wait to share more about the people helping us grow!

One of the things we love most about being part of the La Crosse business community is the opportunity to show up, get involved, and build real relationships with the people who make this community so great. 💜💚

At CCS Wisconsin, our CEO Eric and our Brand & Social Media Lead, Becki are both proud to serve as La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, and September’s Business After Hours was a perfect example of why we love being involved.

The Chamber hosted September’s BAH at the Oktoberfest - La Crosse, WI grounds as a Member Appreciation event, and Eric and Becki got to spend the evening doing something a little different… slinging drinks behind the bar for Chamber members! 🍻

And yes, even some of our own CCS team members stopped by to enjoy the fun!

We also got to give away a fall tailgate cooler bag raffle basket, connect with fellow Chamber members, and spend an evening celebrating the incredible business community we’re lucky to be part of.

We’re incredibly grateful for the La Crosse Chamber, its members, and the connections and relationships this community continues to create.

This is what community is all about — showing up, getting involved, supporting one another, and having a little fun along the way.

One of the best parts of living and working in the Coulee Region is seeing local organizations, schools, and businesses come together to support one another.

The 32nd Annual Dr. Raabe Golf Tournament, hosted by Luther High School, is a great example of that community spirit. It was wonderful to see so many businesses, volunteers, and supporters come together in support of Luther's students and mission.

We were grateful to share a round with the team from Coulee Bicycle Co. and appreciate the opportunity to support a great event together.

Thank you to Luther High School and everyone involved for making this year's event such a success. ⛳

Anyone can hang a display and run some cable. But an interactive panel that nobody knows how to use is just an expensive whiteboard. The install is the easy part, but teaching the teachers how to use the technology is what makes the investment worthwhile.

CCS Presentation Systems - Wisconsin CEO and former educator Eric Pederson spent the weeks leading up to back to school on site with the School District of West Salem and Aquinas Catholic Schools, training both new and returning teachers on their brand new interactive panels from Newline Interactive - Americas, so they can walk into day one confident, not just capable.

This is the part of the job we care about most. Because the quality of a kid's education depends less on what's mounted on the wall and more on whether the person standing in front of it knows how to engage them with it.

Small town feel. Big technology support. ☕️💻

CCS Wisconsin CEO Eric and Account Executive Becki had the chance to meet up with Kyle from ViewSonic at Grounded Patio Cafe. It was great to finally meet in person and hear about all the exciting things ViewSonic has coming down the line!

When you work with CCS Wisconsin, you get the best of both worlds- a local, small-town feel with the support, technology, and innovation of industry-leading companies like ViewSonic.

One thing we’re especially excited about? The portable, collapsible dual monitor! 🙌 We can already think of about a million ways this could make working on the go easier.

When one of us gets knocked down, the rest of the crew picks up the slack. 💪

When Eric found himself sidelined by an injury right in the middle of supporting an install at Stoney Creek Hotel La Crosse - Onalaska, the job still had to get done and that's where the power of a bigger network came in.

Our partner office in Nebraska didn't hesitate. They sent a technician to step in and make sure the installation stayed on track. That's the kind of "we've got your back" support that makes this industry (and this company) special.

We also want to give a huge shoutout to Paul Adickes from Luther High School for strapping on a tool belt and showing up with a ladder (Eric’s current nemesis) to help support alongside Scott Gerardy. Projects like this only come together because of people willing to work with you, not just for you.

At the end of the day, this is what CCS is all about. A small, family-owned business in La Crosse, WI with the reach and resources to call in reinforcements from across the country when it matters most. Local heart, national backbone. 🇺🇸

Turns out… we kind of like working with each other.

Last week, some of the CCS Wisconsin crew got together for drinks at 608 Brewing Company - Holmen to celebrate Leighton and Scott's (finally) birthdays! 🎉🍻

And honestly, it’s nights like these that remind us how lucky we are to have the team we do. It’s rare to find a group of people who genuinely enjoy working together, support each other, have each other’s backs- and still like hanging out when the workday is over.

At CCS Wisconsin, we’re more than coworkers. We’re a team, a little bit of a family, and definitely a bunch of personalities that somehow make it all work.

And the best part? When you work with us, you become one of the crew.
