NobleTec LLC is excited to welcome Michael Streufert to our team as a Senior Network, Systems and Microsoft 365 and Azure Engineer!

With more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology, Mike brings extensive expertise in solving complex IT challenges across the financial, nonprofit, and communications industries. His primary focus is Cloud Engineering and Cybersecurity, where he specializes in designing and securing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments that help organizations operate securely and efficiently.

Committed to lifelong learning and professional development, he recently earned his B.S. in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance from Western Governors University (WGU). In addition to his extensive hands-on experience, he holds several respected industry certifications, including CISSP, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA CySA+, PenTest+, as well as certifications in infrastructure technologies, ITIL, and VMware.
In his new role, he looks forward to leveraging his experience to help customers strengthen their cybersecurity posture, modernize their cloud environments, and achieve their technology goals through secure and reliable solutions.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys applying the same patience and strategic thinking to his hobbies, including board gaming, raising chickens, and learning the art of beekeeping.

This past week NobleTec President and CEO, Lawrence Troemel attended the 2026 ARROW AMPLIFY Event in Sardinia , Italy. Troemel commented, “ I loved visiting Italy, the food , the people, the culture are all amazing ! It was great spending a lot of one on one time with the President of Arrow Electronics, Ben Klay, and Darren Harbaugh the ARROW VP of Cloud and AI and ArrowSphere, and Maximiliano Briones the Sr. Partner Development Manager at Microsoft.
Arrow Electronics is the Distribution Partner of the Year to Microsoft and after spending a lot of time with their Executive Team it is clear to me that they intend to remain the best Microsoft Distributor, year after year in the future! Lastly, I came away from this event understanding tools that will be game changers to enable NobleTec LLC to become one of the best Microsoft License Providers in the world !”

NobleTec LLC is excited to welcome Matthew Schweik to our team as a Cybersecurity Intern!
Matthew is a cybersecurity student at Purdue University and will be entering his sophomore year this August. He has a strong passion for technology and enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working through complex technical challenges.
In this role, Matthew is eager to apply his academic knowledge to real-world cybersecurity scenarios, while gaining hands-on experience and learning from the team. He looks forward to developing his skills further in areas such as cybersecurity operations, IT support, and technical problem-solving in a professional environment.
Outside of work and studies, Matthew enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with friends and family.

Please welcome Danny Smith to the NobleTec LLC Sales Team. Danny has been in IT sales for over a decade, helping customers stay ahead of the curve. Danny has experience in both inside and channel sales covering every vertical. Danny has a 10-year-old son who is a soccer star and an 18-month-old son with boundless energy. Living in Arizona , Danny takes advantage of the weather to golf during the winter and retreat inside during the summer months.
