Chipping away at that ambitious reading goal I set back in January and somehow, it's June 1st and I'm halfway there! I'm definitely glad to have a little buffer before the busy seasons hit, but more than anything, I've been having a blast exploring new worlds, solving mysteries and learning along the way.

A reality-show mystery packed with escape rooms, secrets and an unsolved murder. Total page-turner!

A whimsical fantasy with lovable characters, clever humor and an adventure that swept me away.

FEELS LIKE SUMMER.
As Memorial Day approached, I leaned into pool party vibes with a nod to the red, white and blue. We opted for a slower day at home, good food on the grill and time together… which is way more my speed. And just like that… basketball season is back 🏀- and we wave goodbye to those free weekends. (Meh.)

Week 19 was full of heart. From Mother’s Day to Teacher Appreciation… it really felt like a season of celebrating the people who show up in the biggest ways.
We hosted book club and snuck in an early movie date to see Devil Wears Prada 2 🎬 before heading into a more emotional weekend with my mom’s surgery. It was quiet. Prayerful. Full of hope.
If you are the praying type, I would truly appreciate you keeping my family in your thoughts as we step into this healing chapter 💛
On the planner side… We kept things soft and simple with muted florals that feel like spring with a hint of cozy fall. Sometimes the calm layouts are exactly what we need.
