Hello everyone! We’ve noticed some members are having trouble connecting their vehicles to the KeyConnect app. We want to ensure you have the best experience possible, so we’ve put together this quick connection guide.

Before you start, please ensure:

1️⃣ Check Compatibility: Verify that your car make and model are on our supported list.

2️⃣ Active Connected Services: Most 2018+ vehicles require an active account from your car manufacturer (e.g., MyHyundai, Toyota App, FordPass, BMW ConnectedDrive, or Uconnect).

3️⃣ Correct Credentials: Use the same login info you use for your car's official brand app.

Quick Steps:
Open the KeyConnect App and go to "+".
Tap "Add Digital keys" and select your car brand.
Log in using your manufacturer’s connected service account.
