Our friends at premieresystems are hiring experienced technicians in Chicago and Naples, Florida, with guaranteed interviews for applicants familiar with Crestron, Control4, Savant or Lutron systems.

And if Chicago or Naples isn’t where you call home, keep looking! Guild companies are known for building great places to work, with strong cultures, real investment in their people, opportunities to grow and some pretty extraordinary work along the way. There are opportunities throughout the network for dedicated people who know this industry, love the work and want to keep getting better at it. You know who you are!

And if DON’T know this industry, but you’re whipsmart, tech savvy, willing to dig in and learn, and are a solutions-over-stress team player, well then we probably want to to meet you anyway.

Lightworks has been quietly trailblazing, building the whole instead of defending the parts, and doing what it takes to raise the standard of excellence for our industry in San Diego since 2001.

Now, they’re bringing that deep experience, high-minded perspective, and “what’s next” energy to The Guild. Welcome to the mosaic, Lightworks. We’re so honored glad to have you. ✨

📣 Help us welcome this new crew! 📣

Guild members are people who love the fine art of what we do, obsess over the details, keep their promises, and quietly make extraordinary projects possible. We look for and expect the same from our partners.

That’s why we’re proud to celebrate and shoutout our friends at Leon Speakers and Ryan Donaher — not just for what they create and represent, but for how they show up.

The best music isn’t created by soloists alone and neither are dream homes. Noah, Caitlin, Ryan, Jimmy and their teams get that. Thank you for all you do to help our teams and projects sing.

Life is Better with Project Managers!

This week, PMs from Guild member firms across the US got together and went straight to the heart of, oh let’s see: scheduling chaos, scope control, setting the premise, change orders and protecting the margins, giving 100% to the final 10%… and with whatever % energy we had left, we filled it forging new friendships.

Best part about a Guild Summit: every presentation becomes a peer-to-peer session at the highest level. Open sharing, eager listening, respectful challenging, and genuinely rooting for each other. It’s electric! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

And there’s a whole lot of new clarity, confidence, and grit heading back into the field next week.

Huge thanks to — our Guild Member hometeam on this one — for hosting the opening reception, putting in the work behind the scenes, and bringing in their incredible clients and to share such inspiring personal stories and client experiences with us.

And of course the highest of high fives to for hosting us in San Clemente — always the consummate pros! — and to for being there to listen and learn from our teams. We’re so proud of these partnerships!

And to every Guild PM — the ones who were there and the ones back home holding it down, always — your work is so incredibly important and deeply valued. Thank you for all that you do and how much you care.

This week was for you 👊💥🙏🏼

The most interesting ideas in our industry don’t come from designing in isolation and hoping or guessing what might work. They come from listening closely to the people who already know. Future Automation has always understood this. A critical part of what makes us proud to have a longstanding partnership with this incredible team.

This new solution RTE (Rack Termination Enclosure) is a great example of what becomes possible when manufacturers invite us into the process early and treat real-world experience as a design asset rather than an afterthought. For years, Guild companies have dreamed of a better way to pre-wire large scale systems and enable the most amount of rack wiring be done in our own labs. Developed by Future Automation in close collaboration with Guild companies like Denizen, Spire, Lelch, SAV and others, RTE was shaped through honest conversations, shared problem-solving, and a clear focus on how these systems actually perform in complex homes.

What we appreciate most is not just the final result, but the way it came together. FA asked early. Ideas were challenged openly. Refinements and adjustments were made and brought back to the table multiple times. And the end goal was always a solution that respected architectural intent while delivering reliability and precision in the field.

This kind of collaboration is why The Guild exists and why partnerships like this matter. We are proud to support the launch of RTE and even prouder of the process behind it, because this is how meaningful progress in our industry really happens.
