MADISON, Wis. (April 14, 2026) – The Creative Company announces the promotion of Hallie Heuser to Operations & Client Services Lead, recognizing her growing impact on the firm’s internal operations and client delivery.
Since joining the firm in March 2021 as a designer, Heuser has played a key role in strengthening operational systems, supporting financial processes, and ensuring consistent ex*****on across client engagements. In her expanded role, she will continue to advance workflow coordination, onboarding, and operational discipline, supporting both team performance and client experience.

Congratulations to Accounting Specialist William Arnold on his graduation from the Masters in Arts Administration program at University of Wisconsin-Madison! He will be continuing on with us while expanding his role helping non-profits in the community to be successful!

Long before TikTok, reels, and “going viral,” W***y Street Co-op became the setting for Chad Vader: Day Shift Manager — the Madison-made cult comedy series that racked up millions of views and even earned praise from George Lucas himself.

Now, 20 years later, Chad is back! In fact, these videos were on the front page of YouTube. A GoFundMe campaign has raised enough to get this project off the ground. Filming begins over the next few weeks.

Celebrating local stories on World Book Day, including the recently released "A Legacy Built - The Values Behind a National Affordable Housing Developer." Over two years, Gary Gorman and Laura Gallagher met to document the most important moments in the company's history. Interviews were also conducted with key people from the last 40 years. This book is rich in both the entrepreneurial journey that led to Gorman & Company being built from the ground up and the leader who stayed in there when the going got tough.
