Let’s be honest about how we run things.
Most churches operate like a closed circuit. We find the sharpest, most innovative people. We vet them. We train them. We ask them to buy into the vision.
But usually, the “vision” has a hidden clause: “Sow it here, reap it here, keep it here.”
We support ministries, sure. But deep down, we expect the fruit of that ministry to come right back to our address, our seats, and our giving records.
It’s a “Learning Lab” designed for self-preservation, not Kingdom expansion.
We are hoarding the very people God sent to change the world.
