Just finished upgrading a meat processing machine. The original control system had been problematic it's entire life. Now it utilizes a PLC and HMI that are not proprietary hardware and easily maintained by today's tech school graduates.

Operator panel is ready to deliver to our customer. Built with growth in mind and yet easy for the contractor to install. This will control the Cold Liquor tank water temperature along with refilling once the brew wort chilling cycle is complete.

Headed to the 2017 Master Brewers of the Americas National conference held in Atlanta GA this year. Looking forward to networking and catching up with friends and colleagues of the past 30 years in the brewing industry. I will be presenting two lectures, The TCO of In-line instrumentation as applied to yhe brewery pricesses and it's importance and The Optimization of High speed Centrifuges as used in the brewery process. To everyone converging on Atlanta and headed to the conference Safe travels.
