One small component could SHORT an expensive Mini-ITX motherboard!

A failed BIOS update left this customer's AORUS motherboard completely unusable. Even Q-Flash Plus couldn't recover it.

While waiting for the warranty replacement, the customer brought us an ASUS ROG Strix X870-I Gaming WiFi motherboard.

During installation, we noticed something important: a small expansion board with exposed pins sits extremely close to the RAM.
