Meet Eric Worley, Account Manager at akoyaGO!

Eric has spent most of his career in the nonprofit sector — and when he joined akoyaGO, he didn't have to leave that world behind. Now he gets to help foundations across the country and around the world amplify their impact every day. His favorite part? Hearing about the good work clients are doing and feeling connected to all of it. 💛

Eric is a big believer in GOsupport as the first stop for any new user — between the Knowledge Articles, Community Forums, and webinars, you'll find what you need. 💡

Outside of work, he's a bridge enthusiast (yes, really). He's walked the International Bridge between Michigan and Ontario and ran a race across the Mackinac Bridge. 🌉

Meet Chelsey Johnson, Client Solutions Manager at akoyaGO!🎉

Chelsey is no stranger to the world of community foundations — she previously worked at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona alongside our CEO, Mark Montoya, before bringing her experience and passion to akoyaGO.

One of Chelsey’s favorite parts of her role is the opportunity to try new things while building and supporting a strong team. Through her work at akoyaGO, she continues to grow as a leader, teacher, public speaker, and manager — and she loves collaborating with her team every step of the way.

🗨️ Her advice for new akoyaGO users? “Take time to practice. There is no better way to learn than to get hands on and explore with your own processes.”

🎯 A fun fact about Chelsey is that she used to be the Mascot at the University of Arizona!

Chelsey also calls the EMPOWERED User Conference the “best time of the year!” This year, she’s especially excited to explore a new city and spend time with the Indiana Canine Assistant Network dogs joining us for the event.

We are thrilled to announce our EMPOWERED 2026 keynote speaker: Christina Daniken, M.A., Editor-in-Chief of Giving USA at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.

Christina will be debuting the Giving USA 2025 Annual Report on Philanthropy -- the longest-running, most comprehensive report on charitable giving in the United States -- live on the EMPOWERED stage.

Expect a deep look at what the 2025 data reveals about giving to and from foundations across the country, what the trends mean for the sector right now, and what foundation leaders should be paying attention to heading into the future.

Meet Noah Hayden, Project Manager at akoyaGO! 🎉

Noah has been in the community foundation space since high school, starting on a youth advisory committee and going on to work as a Program Officer at a community foundation that is still an akoyaGO client today. He knows firsthand what it takes to do this work well, and that perspective drives how he implements and supports new clients every day.

His favorite part of the job? In-person trainings. Noah says "it feels like a birthday party where everyone gets to open presents they can't wait to play with."

What is Noah looking forward to this year? The EMPOWERED User Conference where all of his fellow colleagues and client partners will meet in person!

Outside of work, Noah is on a mission to visit every U.S. National Park. If there is one nearby, you can bet he is making the detour. 🏞️

His tip for new akoyaGO users: "Do not be afraid to explore! There may be ways to improve your procedures or help you broaden your reach to those you serve that you have not discovered yet."
