JDInet is growing. We're looking for an IT Help Desk Manager who can own the Help Desk and actually fix things.

This isn't a ticket-passing role. You'll manage Help Desk operations, coordinate field service, and resolve Level 1/2 issues across Windows environments and Microsoft 365 for our clients in Grand Rapids and Minneapolis — with real ownership from start to finish.

What we're looking for:
✓ 4-7+ years in IT Support / MSP environment
✓ Help Desk supervision + Windows & Microsoft 365 admin
✓ Strong troubleshooting — you can solve it without step-by-step guidance
✓ Clear, professional communication with clients and team
✓ Preferred: Autotask/PSA, RMM tools, basic networking

What we offer:
$55K - $75K + Bonus
