Looking forward to meeting lots of new artists tonight at Pancakes & Booze Art Show Minneapolis! As much fun as it is to hang out in the shop, it’s more fun to be where the art is. And around Minneapolis the art is everywhere!

Donna Highland Woods Studio not only won an award at Hallberg Center for the Arts recently for one of her wonky people, it also made it into the local paper! You can find original art and prints of her wonky people at Anoka Art & Novelty along with her animal portraits, cute robots and realistic flowers. The most fitting art for the is Halloween art. We at parallelprint.art have had the pleasure of turning Donna’s amazing art into textured dimensional prints and keychains. The coolest and creepiest item you can find there…Donna’s one of a kind severed finger necklaces!

Artist Spotlight ✨ Highland Woods Studio Donna’s portraits are fun, funky and creatively colorful! Her inspiration for the portraits comes from observing everyday people. It may be a person walking down the street, sitting across the room or a face glimpsed while driving by. An everyday stranger can become the spark for Donna’s next creation. You can buy her wonky portraits as originals, cards, stickers, prints and even textured prints! Stop by and Calendula Gallery to find a of your own!
