The worst thing pool guys do when it comes to hiring new Pool Cleaners is not hiring fast and firing fast. Finding good pool cleaner is 20% strategy and 80% luck. When we were building our pool companies sometimes we would fire 4 pool cleaners before making 1 good hire.
