💡 Employee Spotlight 💡Based out of the New York office, Willa Tobin is a Junior Climate Data Analyst at Gro. Wills and her team develop apps to display Gro’s climate data and test weighting methodologies to be used with Gro’s climate series. Willa joined Gro in 2021 as an Analyst intern, and was hired as a full time Junior Climate Data Analyst after completing her Bachelors of Science in Engineering, in Climate and Meteorology at the University of Michigan. Her favorite part about working at Gro is being surrounded by smart people from diverse backgrounds, and the office puzzle table!

Fun Fact: Willa spent a week backpacking in Alaska when she was 18.
