Today, SendPulse joined the Meta Performance Workshop in Bucharest as a Business Solution Provider, with our Head of Education, Nastia Naumenko, representing the company. The event focused on cooperation across Eastern and Central Europe. We gathered a few insights from fellow attendees and shared some of our own along the way.

Here are a few interesting takeaways we’d like to share (see more in the photos):

👉 Right now, 95% of the time people spend on social media goes to short-form video content rather than static posts. That creates huge opportunities for experimentation, especially in paid advertising.

👉 The average WhatsApp message open rate is 79%, compared to 26% for email. While these channels work best together, the numbers clearly show how effective WhatsApp currently is.

Our presentation focused specifically on how to get the most out of this channel using simple automation tools and a few lead generation hacks.

We were happy to share our experience and connect with other professionals helping businesses grow in the digital space.
