Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the NetWorkBiH Conference in Neum, where our colleagues shared their expertise and contributed to important conversations shaping the future of the IT industry. 👏
We had three of our colleagues at this year's conference. Damir Avdić, our Senior Embedded Software Engineer, had the honor of officially opening the conference on its first day and later delivered a talk on the trust gap in autonomous systems and the challenges of handing over control to technology. At the same time, Zaim Mehić, Software Engineer, explored how predictive machine learning models and large language models can work together to turn historical data into meaningful insights and support better business decisions, even demonstrating their potential to predict football match outcomes.
Meanwhile, Dino Selimbašić, VP of Engineering & Delivery at HTEC, joined the Build or Bill? debate, exploring whether companies should focus on building their own products or developing solutions for clients. The discussion offered an interesting perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing the regional IT industry. The audience was also part of the debate, scanning a QR code to vote for either the affirmative or the opposing team, making the discussion even more engaging.
We're happy to see our colleagues sharing their expertise, exchanging ideas, and contributing to conversations that move our industry forward.
Thank you to the NetWork Conference team for bringing the tech community together! See you next year! 👋
