We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising production teams, driving safety and quality initiatives, and ensuring production goals are met while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for a team of 10–35 employees. Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and operational targets are consistently achieved. Assign work, monitor performance, and provide coaching and development to team members. Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to support efficient operations. Monitor equipment and production processes, addressing issues and escalating repairs as needed. Maintain production records and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and employee engagement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, processing, construction, or industrial environment. Experience leading hourly employees in a fast-paced operational setting. Strong understanding of workplace safety programs and operational best practices. Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with computer systems and production reporting tools.
