✨ HOW TO ORDER FROM B. COTTON DESIGN ✨

Ready to turn your idea into something meaningful? Here is everything you need to know before placing your order.

• Your preferred colors and theme
• All names, dates and wording exactly as they should appear
• Your needed-by date

2️⃣ RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE

After your request is reviewed, you will receive pricing and instructions for completing your order.

Payment is generally required in full before design or production begins unless another arrangement is approved in advance.

Because time and creative work are reserved for every order, payments are nonrefundable once design work or production has started.

• Photographs
• Colors
• Sizes
• Placement
• All other information

Production begins after your final approval. B. Cotton Design is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

4️⃣ TURNAROUND TIME

Standard turnaround is approximately three business days for many design orders after all required information, quality photographs, and payment have been received.

Complex projects, large orders, printed products and rush requests may require additional time. Your estimated completion date will be discussed before the order is finalized.

5️⃣ PICKUP OR SHIPPING

Local pickup arrangements will be provided when your order is complete.

Shipping is available when applicable. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are separate from production time. Please place time-sensitive orders early because carrier delays may occur.
