You’re “losing yourself” in your business because you’re having to be two different people just to keep things running.
You have to be the one who sees the vision AND the one who has to execute everything.
That’s not a you problem, that’s a business problem... specifically, the way your business is designed.
Most businesses are built when you’re just starting out (duh), so they’re built in a way that assumes the founder is the one holding everything together — which is true, because when you’re just starting out, cash is limited and you’re hustling hard to keep the lights on.
But as you grow, nothing actually shifts.
Sure, you might start to hire and bring on team members. But nothing *structurally* changes in the way your business and systems are designed.
Which means, the more you grow, the more you end up carrying... more decisions, more responsibility, more pressure to be the one to “figure things out.”
And eventually, it starts to feel like something is off...even if everything looks fine from the outside.
That’s the point where most people try to fix themselves (or even worse, just call it quits).
But the issue isn’t how you’re operating, it’s that the structural integrity of your building is crumbling.
That’s exactly what we change inside the Vision-to-Ex*****on Accelerator.
Not by adding more to your plate or giving you cookie-cutter strategies, but by rebuilding the structure so your business can actually operate without everything routing back through you.
If you’re at that point, you’ll know.
