Windows 10 END OF LIFE starts October 24, 2025, this year. It does not mean it will no longer function. But security updates will no longer be offered by Microsoft. Going forward, you may need a new computer with Windows 11. If you currently have the correct hardware, you just may need to upgrade to Windows 11 without purchasing a new computer.

If you get the below image on your computer, BEWARE. It is LEGIT by Microsoft, but there are consequences. They want to get all your personal files onto OneDrive. Well it does it in a way to take advantage of those who don't understand. Lots of people do NOT want their information stored in the cloud. Also if you have slow internet, it will make the initial experience misearable.

Also it can really mess up a QuickBooks configuration if your company file is located in your Documents folder.

Windows 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft on October 14, 2025. If your OFFFICE wants to prepare before the END OF LIFE, we can upgrade you, please give us a call.
