is taking shape at Incap US, where work on our new on-site solar power plant is moving forward.

The investment is a strategic step towards covering the facility’s needs with renewable energy and supports Incap’s group-wide sustainability targets to reduce the carbon footprint of our production and strengthen responsible operations.

Once completed, the system is expected to generate around 1.74 GWh of electricity per year, matching the factory’s current annual electricity consumption of approximately 1.61 GWh. Under favourable conditions, this will allow Incap US to cover 100% of its electricity needs with renewable energy and reduce carbon emissions by an estimated 625 tonnes per year.

By manufacturing with clean electricity, we can also help our customers reduce the environmental impact of their products, while supports long-term cost savings, resilience and competitiveness in the US market.

Installation of the solar power plant is currently expected to be completed by the end of October 2026, while final commissioning will depend on the timing of the utility connection.

🌺 Incap US recently brought employees and their families together for a Hawaiian-themed summer picnic!

The afternoon at a local park included food, music and minute-to-win-it games for both adults and children, with prizes for each winner.

To celebrate Incap US’s 25th anniversary, everyone also received a special anniversary cooler bag to take home.

Incap published its half-year report for January–June 2026. Revenue increased by 21.1% year-on-year and amounted to EUR 130.2 million. Comparable EBITA amounted to EUR 11.7 million, representing 9.0% of revenue.

Recently, Ciprian Țârlea, Head of IE Electronics at Incap Romania, spent one month at Incap US as part of an international knowledge transfer programme focused on , , and operational best practices.

During his stay, Ciprian worked closely with colleagues from Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and Sourcing, gaining valuable into local processes, technologies, and ways of working. The programme provided an excellent opportunity to exchange expertise, identify best practices, and further strengthen cooperation between Incap locations.

Reflecting on the , Ciprian highlighted the openness of the teams, the strong culture of collaboration, and the importance of effective across departments in supporting operational .

Incap US’s factory resumes production after power outage.

Incap Corporation informed yesterday that it’s US factory inPennsylvania was temporarily closed due to power outage following severe storms in the area. Production at the factory hasnow resumed after the temporary closure.
The production interruption was brief, and the factory has returned to normal operations.

The temporary closure did not cause major delays for planned deliveries, and it will not have a significant financial impact on Incap Corporation.

We would like to inform our customers and partners that severe storms near our Incap US factory in Pennsylvania have caused a power outage in the area, resulting in a temporary interruption of production.

Our local team has activated contingency procedures and is working closely with customers to minimize any potential impact. We are preparing to resume operations as soon as power is restored and conditions allow.

⛑️ Safety First at Incap US ⛑️

At Incap US, the and of our employees always come first. Recently, our team participated in an intensive half-day CPR and First Aid training session certified by the American Heart Association.

During the training, participants learned how to:
✔ Perform
✔ Properly use an (defibrillator)
✔ Provide basic in emergency situations

Thanks to this training, our certified team members are now prepared to respond quickly and effectively in the event of a medical emergency within the plant, providing critical first assistance until emergency medical services arrive.

The is valid for two years and reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a safe and responsible working environment for everyone.
