Before and after a recent Verkada access control installation our team completed.

The existing setup had been in place for a long time and was well overdue for a replacement. Our technicians came in, removed the old system, and installed a clean, organized Verkada panel in its place. The difference in how the finished system looks is a good reflection of the difference in how it performs.

A look at a recently completed Verkada deployment at McKinney Trailer Rental.

This project included 11 Cat6 cables run and terminated through the facility, 11 Verkada cameras mounted and installed, an alarm panel and keypad upgrade to the Verkada platform, 9 wireless sensors installed, and 2 viewing stations set up so the team has live visibility across the site.

Every project we take on starts with understanding the full environment before anything gets installed. From there our team handles everything through to handoff so the client is up and running with a system that is set up correctly from day one.

Last week our team attended the HISHE 7th Annual Healthcare Technology and Facilities Engineering Expo at the Prince Waikiki in Honolulu alongside Verkada.

The expo brings together professionals who design, build, and maintain hospitals and clinical environments - and the conversations we had reinforced just how much complexity goes into keeping those spaces secure and operational.

A lot of physical security projects get divided across separate providers. One team handles the design, another handles the installation, and a third handles support.

The problem with that approach is that every handoff is an opportunity for context to get lost, and lost context tends to show up as problems after the project closes.

Proud of our team for the work they put into this one.

The City of Bend recently opened its new 45,500 sq ft Public Works Campus - 100% solar-powered, LEED-certified, and built to consolidate Engineering, Water Services, Facilities, and Fleet under one roof. We handled the Verkada security deployment on the project, working alongside EC Electric and Kirby Nagelhout Construction.

Congratulations to the City of Bend, Kirby Nagelhout, and EC Electric on a genuinely impressive facility. This is the kind of infrastructure investment that serves a community for decades.

From California to the Pacific Northwest, Eric made the move to Oregon to join the LTT Partners team and work alongside his best friend. When he’s not on a job site, you can typically find him building Legos, playing video games, singing karaoke, or testing his strength at the arm wrestling table. He’s also currently working on releasing his first song, so keep an ear out!

As one of our Low-Voltage Apprentices, Eric brings quality workmanship to every job site he’s on. He genuinely enjoys getting to know customers and takes the time to understand their needs and the challenges that they’re looking to solve. This people-first mindset is exactly why Eric is such a valuable member of our team.

We, like all of you, know Eric for his great attitude, work ethic, and the energy he brings to work everyday. Thanks for being a part of LTT Partners, Eric, and we can’t wait to see what’s next!
