Last night, we raised a glass to Julie as she heads off to her next adventure.

The truth is, who you work with becomes a huge part of your life. You spend countless hours together solving problems, celebrating wins, navigating challenges, sharing laughs, and occasionally asking, “Could this meeting have been an email?” 😉

While we’re sad to see her go, we’re even more excited to see what’s next for her. The best teams don’t hold people back; they cheer them on as they grow.

Julie, thank you for your talent, your positivity, and the memories you’ve helped create along the way. We couldn’t be happier for you as you start this next chapter.

New perspectives.

Every time we bring interns into the mix, we're reminded that good ideas can come from anywhere. They ask questions we haven't thought about, notice things we've overlooked, and occasionally teach us what everyone is suddenly talking about online.

A logo is a funny thing.

At its core, it's just shapes, colors, and typography. But sometimes it becomes a symbol for something much bigger.

Last year, we had the opportunity to design the New Hampshire Outright and Portsmouth PRIDE logos. Since then, we've loved watching them show up throughout the community as Portsmouth PRIDE continues creating spaces where people feel welcomed, celebrated, and connected.

At DARCI, inclusivity isn't a campaign or a monthly initiative. It's part of who we are. We believe strong communities are built when everyone feels like they belong.

We're proud of the role we've played in helping support that mission.

You ever notice how some of the hardest-working businesses are the ones nobody really thinks about? Case in point: commercial power sweeping.

Nobody pulls into a spotless parking lot and says, "Wow, look at that sweeping job." Maybe you do, we won't judge.

We had a blast helping East Coast Power Sweeping & Maintenance roll out a new brand, and honestly, we're kind of obsessed with how it turned out. Now excuse us while we spend the rest of the day admiring a logo for a sweeping company.

You ever notice how the organizations doing some of the most important work are usually the ones asking for the least attention?

Museums preserving our history. Organizations protecting our waterways. Public transportation connecting our communities. Programs creating opportunities for the next generation.

For nearly 20 years, we've had the privilege of working with nonprofits across New Hampshire and beyond, helping them tell their stories, connect with supporters, and amplify their impact. Organizations like Sail Portsmouth, Strawbery Banke Museum, COAST, and the Newfound Lake Region Association remind us every day how much good work is happening right here in our backyard.

That's why we love NH Gives.

For 24 hours, nonprofits across the state get a little extra spotlight, and every donation helps fuel the work happening behind the scenes all year long.

If your feed is full of NH Gives posts today, that's a good thing. Take a few minutes, learn about an organization doing work you care about, and consider supporting them.

New Hampshire is a pretty incredible place. The nonprofits serving our communities are a big reason why.

This project wasn’t just about beautiful shots or editing timelines. It was about telling the story of a community, preserving maritime history, and capturing the heart behind Sail Portsmouth’s mission.

Turns out the best creative asset is a team that actually gets time to recharge. 🌿☀️

Our crew enjoyed Spring Fling last week, an intentional break for our full crew to reset, unplug, and spend time however they needed most. Some traveled, some got outside, some soaked up family time, and some just enjoyed a slower pace.

We work hard here. Really hard. And we believe great work comes from people who are supported as humans first.
