A couple of weeks ago, we got the chance to attend Gainey's Wastewater Conference in Holden, LA!

We had a great time at this conference, and it served as a valuable opportunity to connect with professionals across Louisiana's water and wastewater community, learning more about the future of the industry.

We were especially excited to share a booth with Delta Process Equipment, a trusted STREAMETRIC reseller partner. Along with being in the booth with our reseller, Alex Ubl and Jonathan Carreno, were able to present on how SCADA is reshaping the future of water and wastewater, allowing for smoother, more efficient operations.

🌟 Team Member Spotlight: Jonathan Carreno 🌟

Celebrating 5 years with the team, Jonathan Carreno has been part of our journey since the early days. He joined as just the third member alongside Alex and Kevin. His path reflects both versatility and dedication, evolving from Product Development Engineer to Project Manager, Operations Manager, and now Business Development Manager.

Jonathan has played a key role in shaping who we are today. From helping grow our team beyond its original core to contributing to the strategic decisions that have driven our success, his impact is woven into our story.

One standout moment? Hilton Head, where Jonathan and the team came together for an all-hands-on-deck effort, installing 50 lift station units in just two weeks in the middle of December. A true testament to grit, teamwork, and ex*****on.

Driven by technology and fueled by a passion for growth, Jonathan also brings that same energy outside of work. Whether it’s soccer, Formula 1, golf, or spending time outdoors camping, fishing, and cooking for family, he’s always in motion.

During a power issue at a pump station in Shallotte, a failure in the panel knocked out standard autodialers and communications. Thanks to a STREAMETRIC unit with battery backup, the system still detected the outage, triggered an alarm, and notified the right person in real time—preventing what could have been a costly overflow event.

But the value doesn’t stop at emergency response.

With clear, accessible performance data, the team was also able to compare old vs. new pumps at the station. The result?
