Data integrity is the foundation of AppWork's system.

We know operations can't make decisions unless they trust the data is accurate.

Here's how we break down data integrity for work orders:
1️⃣ Work orders can only be completed by the technician who was assigned the work order, on their own device.
2️⃣ AppWork requires photos and comments for all work orders to be completed.
3️⃣ The completion comments are sent to the resident, adding transparency.
4️⃣ The resident has the option to leave a rating on the work done, and a review.
5️⃣ The resident can reopen a work order directly from the completion email if they feel the work was not completed to their satisfaction.
6️⃣ Callback data is tracked all the way down to the technician level, and up to the property and portfolio level. Often it's used for training purposes and correcting concerns before they affect NOI.
