This post is a bit late (kinda), but I recently came across this photo. It was taken 20 years ago, I was 23. Next to me in the first phto is my coworker Doug. This was in October of 2006, the last year that Tower Records in San Jose was open. My primary job there was visual merchandiser. I was the guy who put up all the signage and set up all the displays. Before we found out the Tower was closing, I fully thought that I had it made. I was gonna make it a career working there. Sadly, the store closed. I believe the last day was December 20th 2006. 2nd picture was most of the crew on the last day. I miss working there the most especially I missed the friends that I made there. And while I didn’t make it a career work in there, I do believe that I still carry a little bit of Tower Records with me. Till this day I still say “No Music, No life.” If you know, you know. ✌️❤️🤘

Stop in and check out these new arrival LPS. I’m expanding my vinyl selection and I need to fill that newly built record bin with more records. I have a couple hundred more that need to go out. Hopefully I can get it done by next week. I won’t have time to post all of those records, so be sure to stop in and check out the selection. Until then, I hope y’all have a nice weekend. ✌️❤️🤘
