Qodyssey is an opportunity to come together beyond our everyday work, learn more about Quadrant’s journey and vision, celebrate our achievements, and appreciate the people who make Quadrant what it is today.
The day opened with a warm welcome for Bhaskar Gangipamula, 𝐶𝑜-𝐹𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑟 & 𝑃𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡, Quadrant Technologies, followed by his keynote, in which he reflected on Quadrant’s journey and his own. Early in it, he remembered his father, 𝐒𝐫𝐢 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐥𝐮 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚, with gratitude for helping establish Quadrant, build our early team, and set up operations in Hyderabad. His support helped lay the foundation for where we are today.
Every milestone Quadrant achieves is made possible by the people behind it. Hard work, ownership, and passion for excellence are what drive our progress every day, and he thanked each team member for the role they play in shaping Quadrant’s journey.
As we continue to grow, he encouraged our leadership teams to build high-performing teams grounded in ownership and accountability. Strong collaboration across teams strengthens our capabilities and delivers greater client success and satisfaction. When our teams work toward a common goal by leveraging AI, Cloud and Data capabilities, we create lasting value for our customers and build a stronger Quadrant.
Beyond business and technology, he spoke about the importance of giving back to society and making a positive difference in the communities around us. Success becomes more meaningful when we use our growth and opportunities to contribute to something greater than ourselves.
From our leadership and extended leadership teams to our leads and every team member, each contribution matters. Our next chapter will be shaped by the strength of our people and the quality of our collaboration.
