Join Us in Welcoming Chris Posey to the Gorilla Building Team

We’re excited to welcome Chris Posey as the newest member of our team at Gorilla Building! Chris is joining us as a Project Estimator and Customer Advocate—a role that has always been close to our hearts and vital to our mission of putting the customer first.

Chris brings over 20 years of construction experience, including work in concrete, asphalt, electrical, carpentry, and roofing. He also served as General Manager for a national industrial construction supplier, gaining hands-on experience in managing employees, vendors, and customer relationships at every level.

What makes Chris stand out isn’t just his deep expertise or his background in insurance claims assistance for roofing clients—it’s who he is as a person. He’s honest, thoughtful, and treats people the right way. One of our favorite things he says is:
“I don’t compare myself with anyone else—I compare myself to me yesterday.”
That mindset fits perfectly with our culture at Gorilla Building.

Chris is not only a fantastic worker, but also someone people simply enjoy being around. His sense of humor, humility, and heart for others make him a strong addition to our team—and we’re grateful to have him on board.
