‼️As a local business, this isn’t a post we love to make — but it’s necessary.‼️

We know most of our amazing customers and fellow small business owners will understand where we’re coming from. Like any internet provider, we do face technical challenges from time to time. But the slander, name-calling, and negativity — especially on posts that highlight community involvement — can be discouraging.

Recently, we shared a post about a donation we made to support an early childhood development program — something we were really proud of. But almost immediately, a comment popped up complaining about a brief internet issue. What should have been a moment to highlight something positive turned into a place for unnecessary negativity.
We made the decision to delete that comment and block further comments — not because we can’t take criticism, but because we won’t let keyboard warriors take the joy out of something so meaningful.

Are we perfect? No.
Do we take every outage seriously? Absolutely.
Do we care deeply and work tirelessly to keep everyone connected? Without a doubt.

When outages happen overnight, we’re on them first thing. Our team loses sleep over this — because we genuinely care.

And here’s something important to remember:
When you call or email with kindness and patience, it really does go a long way. We’re humans, too — trying to help as fast and efficiently as possible. Rudeness doesn’t fix anything faster. But respectful communication? That helps more than you know.

We’re proud of what we’re building — not just a network, but a community. And to those of you who consistently support us: thank you. You’re the reason we keep showing up, even on the tough days.
