We are saddened by the passing of a longtime friend Kay Quinn, affectionately known at Pronto Print as the Bennington bullet for her record-breaking feats on the track in Bennington. We never heard her complain, but we could all feel her struggle, may you rest in peace Kay.

Pronto Print is pleased to be chosen to print the water bill inserts promoting the 2026 Street Fair. The street fair is always a fun close to the hot summer months that brings the Salina community together with food, fun and music at no cost to our citizens.

When a pair of proud grandparents come in to the shop bragging about their grandson we can’t say no! Susanne Somers asked if we could make baseball cards for him they could hand out? We were happy to help her out!

Pronto Print will be closed July 2nd and 3rd for this special July 4th holiday. I still remember the 1976 event in Wichita. A special train pulled by a steam locomotive carried Smithsonian documents about the founding of our nation. I remember walking through multiple train cars. I am sure they had the declaration of independence in a special case. Of course the bicentennial quarters, half dollars and dollars. I still have a dozen Eisenhauer Bicentennial dollars squirreled away. No one under 55 would have a memory of the event. This is a big deal kids!

We were sad to hear of the passing of Jay Ewy in Wichita. Jay's company, Docuplex has been the Wichita leg of support for Pronto Print on particularly large jobs that were beyond our capabilities.. Jay has been involved with Pronto Print since the acquisition in July of 2013. His encouragement has helped Pronto Print maintain the highest level of quality print production. He will be missed.
