What a week at Dell Tech World focused on helping customers operationalize enterprise AI. 🎉 The Rackspace Technology team loved connecting with customers, partners and industry leaders throughout the event and sharing how we partner with Dell Technologies’ AI-optimized infrastructure to help organizations move workloads from pilot to production. From insightful conversations at the booth to our session on operationalizing enterprise AI, it was an exciting week focused on what’s next for AI infrastructure.

April’s Month of Giving was a reminder of what compassion looks like in action at Rackspace Technology. 🫶 From San Antonio, where Rackers supported our HQ hometown during Fiesta and across the community, to teams around the world, Rackers showed up for the communities they’re part of.

Throughout the month, Rackers used Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to give back in meaningful ways, contributing 4,201 hours in April alone.

Across regions — from California to India, Vietnam, Australia and beyond — that meant mentoring students, supporting children, helping animal shelters, organizing donation drives, raising funds and showing up where it was needed most.

Some of these moments are captured here. Many are not. But the impact is real across all of it. ❤️💛💜 We’re so proud of the way Rackers continue to lead with compassion year-round.

We’re honored to receive an NEISD Superintendent’s Award in recognition of our continued partnership with the San Antonio Food Bank. Through our annual Thanksgiving food drive, we help provide meals for more than 400+ families in the San Antonio area.

As a company headquartered in San Antonio, we’re proud to support the communities where Rackers live and work. This recognition reflects the generosity and compassion of our teams, and the impact strong community partnerships can create for students, educators and families.

Rackspace India Sales Summit 2026 brought Global and India leadership together with Rackers across the region to align on the year ahead and the role our teams play in helping customers move faster, operate smarter and reduce complexity.

Sessions focused on customer experience, commercial momentum, world-class delivery and the sales enablement needed to support meaningful outcomes for customers.

We also celebrated the RackStar and Presidential Awards, recognising 19 Rackers who continue to deliver excellence for our customers, our teams and our business. 🎉

As organisations move enterprise AI from pilots to production, these priorities matter more than ever. Customers are looking for governed environments, scalable operations and partners who can help turn strategy into measurable results.
