Just Move In is a UK-based proptech company helping people through one of the most stressful things they'll ever do - moving home. They're growing fast, and they need 10 Sales Development Executives based in Bangladesh to join their remote team immediately.
This isn't a role for everyone. You'll be handling inbound leads, booking appointments, and speaking directly with UK customers so your English needs to be sharp, your accent needs to be clear, and your ability to hold a natural, confident conversation needs to be second to none. If you fumble on calls or wait to be told what to do, this isn't for you.
The benchmark is real: 20 appointments set per day during your 3-month probation. No ambiguity, no grey area. Hit it, and there's a clear path forward. Miss it consistently, and the role ends. That's the standard JMI holds, and it reflects exactly the kind of team they're building.
What you're walking into:
Working a CRM and dialer system, qualifying inbound leads, managing appointment pipelines, and being the first real human impression UK customers get of the brand. You'll need to handle objections smoothly, think on your feet, and genuinely care about getting the customer to the right next step - not just moving them through a script.
The pay: ৳65,000/month base + performance bonuses starting at 10% and going up to 30% for exceeding targets plus additional incentives on conversions.
Who actually fits this:
- You've done inbound/outbound sales before and you were good at it
- Your spoken English is genuinely strong not "decent" actually strong
- You don't need to be hand-held to figure out what the next move is
- You're competitive, but also the kind of person customers actually enjoy talking to
- Startup or fast-paced environments don't scare you rather they excite you.
