An org chart is not sensitive data until an agentic attack takes it. Then it's a phishing template with the names already filled in.

Chainalysis says an attacker using agentic techniques reached customer names and organization role labels, data the company called non-sensitive. Credentials weren't touched. But a list of who does what at which organization is exactly what a personalized attack needs.

Fields rarely sit alone. A name in a newsletter list is routine. The same name beside a role label inside an internal tool is an org chart. Context decides what's sensitive.

Horror movie rule one is if the house tells you to get out, get out. Rule two is never paste "Payroll_2026" into ChatGPT.

Bob from HR wants a pivot table. If you work in security you’re already yelling at the screen telling him to stop!

It won’t make a great movie plot, but MIND blocks the exposure so you can take your kids trick or treating. The pivot table is TBD.

Uber licensed ChatGPT for Work for all 30,000 employees. That's covered. Personal accounts are still pending.

Licensing is the first gate, and it's a good one. But a license doesn't stop someone from opening a personal ChatGPT account in the next tab. Enforcement does.

Our 2026 research with CISO ExecNet found that 74% of organizations already run approved GenAI, and 41% know they have shadow GenAI running alongside it. The fix isn't a blanket ban. It's knowing which tool is sanctioned, blocking sensitive data from unapproved paths and coaching people on everything else.

Licensing is the start. Enforcement is the rest.

Patch PHP now. Then ask what that server could reach while it was exposed.

Most PHP2Shell coverage stops at patching, but the bigger question is data. An attacker who gets in can read credentials from other requests on the same worker, then log into other systems as a trusted identity.
