Aurelian Automate non‑emergency calls with AI.

Conversational AI that routes callers, triages emergencies, and collects information for CAD reports, all over the phone in real-time.

"Every time a dispatcher picks up a 911 call, it could go more than 200 different directions."

CORA is built to carry part of that weight. It sits on screen beside the call-taker during a live 911 call, transcribes the conversation in real time, and surfaces what the incident calls for: the right checklist, the right SOP, the fields still missing.

It confirms the call-taker is capturing what they need to capture, while the call is still happening.

Adopting a new solution should feel less like a project and more like relief.

Aurelian is a fully managed service. We handle the configuration, the integration, the in-person training, and the community rollout, then stay on as the system becomes part of daily operations.

Centers go live in about six weeks. Every shift is trained on-site, hands-on. And when your team needs help, they reach a dedicated team that knows their center, not a ticket queue.

Many of our teammates have sat under the headset themselves. They know what the work actually asks of a telecommunicator.

Adopting AI should feel less like a project and more like relief. See what that partnership looks like. https://www.aurelian.com/customer-success

We talk a lot about what AVA does for telecommunicators: the calls it takes off their plate so they can stay focused on 911. This example is about the other side of the line: the community member who called in.

AVA answered right away. Took the caller's information. Told them exactly what to expect next, including that the follow-up might come from a blocked or restricted number. Then checked whether there was anything else they needed.

No hold music. No dead end. Just a clear, patient interaction that left the caller feeling taken care of.

A woman in the community called 911 after finding her husband deceased. Once her call taker had gathered the initial information, there was nothing left to do but stay on the line and support her until paramedics arrived.

Before AVA, that call taker might not have had the chance to provide that support. Ringing phones and non-emergency calls would have pulled her away.

This is the part of AVA that's hard to capture in a metrics dashboard. When AVA answers the calls that don't need a human, it gives telecommunicators room to stay present on the ones that do.

Dane County, Wisconsin is now answering its non-emergency calls with AVA.

Aurelian's virtual assistant went live this week on the Dane County Public Safety Communications non-emergency line. Roughly 200,000 of the county's 375,000 annual calls are non-emergency, and until now they competed for the same call-takers, and the same seconds, as life-threatening ones.

"This will help free up to 60% of our non-emergency call volume, which means our 911 communicators are available for 911 calls," said Luis Bixler, Director of Dane County Public Safety Communications.

Congratulations to Luis and the entire Dane County team. We're proud to support your work. Read the full story: https://www.wmtv15news.com/2026/08/18/dane-county-launches-ai-assistant-non-emergency-calls/

The Plant City Police Department in Florida just went live with AVA on its non-emergency line, and they did something we love to see: they introduced AVA to their community directly.

In a video from their Communications team, Plant City shows residents exactly how it works. Call the non-emergency line and AVA answers right away. Talk to it the way you would a dispatcher. AVA gathers the details, asks the right follow-up questions, and a dispatcher reviews every call, creating a call for service when one is needed. If AVA detects an emergency, it transfers the caller to a 911 dispatcher immediately.

Congratulations, Plant City! Proud to support your team.

The Plant City Police Department announced Monday that it's rolling out a new artificial intelligence-powered assistant to answer non-emergency calls for dispatchers. 'Ava' is an AI agent that will h...

Earlier this week, public safety leaders from across Georgia gathered in Forsyth County for the Georgia Public Safety Symposium.

A special thank you to Tom Cisco and Forsyth County for partnering with us and hosting, to Aleisha Rucker-Wright for walking us through the upcoming NG911 legislation, and to Melissa Alterio of Cobb County for sharing her perspective on what it means for agencies across the state.

And, of course, an extra special thanks to everyone who came from across Georgia to talk openly and share your thoughts, ideas, and experiences! Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

On the hardest calls, the room moves fast. Details sometimes come at a telecommunicator faster than any person can track, and a single detail can change the entire response.

CORA is built for those moments. It sits alongside the call-taker on live 911 calls, listens to every word in real time, and tracks what's been said against what still needs to be asked. When something important surfaces in the noise, CORA makes sure it doesn't slip past. The call-taker stays in control the entire time; nothing critical gets lost.

Storms don't just knock out power. They flood the lines with non-emergency calls at the exact moment the real emergencies can't wait.

AVA answers that surge and routes people to the right agency, so telecommunicators stay free for the calls only they can handle. When every second counts, that space is everything.
