Our over 40 year old company began as a janitorial service, but in response to customer requests our owner Gary Bormes transformed One Way into a thriving commercial build-out company with construction, HVAC and electrical divisions. In 1996, we found our niche in the industry of cellular telecommunications infrastru

cture. With experience building over 1,000 cellular sites, we have become highly respected as quality builders of all varieties of sites that the industry demands. As a company, we pride ourselves in being reliable contractors. We focus on leadership, strategy, and problem-solving. We take care of our customers and do the job the way they want it done. Our goals are to provide the Midwest with ethical, respectful, and efficient construction services, and to continue growing our knowledge of and experience in the rapidly evolving cellular communications field, as well as exploring new opportunities in other industries.
